Standard delivery: Delivered into the ground level entrance. Orders cannot be taken elsewhere in the building. White glove delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, the packaging removed and taken away. This product is made to order especially for you. For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun and they are non-returnable unless there is a fault.
